How affiliate links work

Some outbound retailer links are affiliate links. If a purchase qualifies, the retailer may pay us a commission. Commercial calls to action are labeled “Affiliate offer,” and a concise disclosure appears before the first such link on an article.

What does not change

Affiliate eligibility does not determine which products enter our catalog, which specifications we report, or whether a product receives a positive conclusion. Unknown data stays unknown, and manufacturer claims are identified as such.

Manufacturer samples and sponsorships

If a brand supplies a review unit, sponsors content, or pays for placement, we disclose that relationship on the relevant page. A supplied sample is not, by itself, evidence of a positive conclusion.
